Sweetwater Kitchen is by far one of my favorite restaurants. Organic and locally sourced, every item in each dish is full of flavor. Add the beautiful scenery and friendly staff and you're in for a divine dining experience. Very highly recommend to anyone traveling or living in the Boulder, Utah area!
Sweetwater Kitchen was fantastic! I'm from Florida and love seafood - well I had to travel to the high desert to find the best fish fillet ever! It was trout expertly prepared by Chef Eric. Delicious! Enjoyed several meals in his kitchen and highly recommend the excellent food and service.
The manager is completely incompitent and very unprofessional sorry I ever had to experience such an awful experience. Wouldn't want to risk it ever again.
